🎉 Zoop World Steam Update 🎉

Hey ya'll! I've been hard at work getting ZOOP WORLD even closer to play test release and we're getting VERY close. Here's the plan I have right now.

The play test will release with 2 playable maps. Minor updates will proceed but on launch we will have 4-5 completed maps. After the official launch of the game I'll continue updating and adding more and more to the game over-time. All updates will be free and I have no plans for paid DLC or micro-transactions. I want to make it clear that I absolutely hate micro-transactions so the game will always be a flat cost with updates.

I look forward to the playtest and hearing everybody's feedback! Until then, here's the updated cover art!

🎉 Zoop World Steam Update 🎉

The ZOOP WORLD store page is LIVE on Steam! No download is available yet but you can sign up for the playtest and also add it to your wishlist! I'm going to be opening the playtest very soon for people to, of course, test the game and see how it feels! I very much look forward to hearing what everybody likes and dislikes about the game to further improve the project! Thank you for supporting this project and being apart of this journey with me!

🎉Zoop Remaster Update #2 🎉

Hey ya'll, coming at you with another update!

I've recently made moves to get ZOOP on Steam! I'm officially a Steam Game Dev and paid the fee to get ZOOP on the platform. The game build is currently awaiting approval by Valve and once it's done I can start sending out playtests to those who are interested! This will be a very early stage in development so bare with the bugs and incompleteness of the game. I still, none the less, truly hope you enjoy the project and provide feedback as you please!

🎉Zoop Remaster Update 🎉

I wanted to update all of you on the progress of the Zoop Remaster. I posted awhile back regarding the game and that screenshot was created in the Redot Engine. Unfortunately, I made the decision to switch to Unity for development due to some technical limitations.

With that said, I've remade the project in Unity and the development process is going very smoothly. I've been working daily on the game and enjoying every moment of it. The game leans heavily into the flat art style with pretty shadows and lighting to make the game really pop. Modernizing an older game is surprisingly difficult but I think I'm taking the game in the correct direction graphically and in terms of gameplay.

I plan to release a play test on this website at some point before the end of the year for everybody on the site to download and play. Unfortunately, due to the graphics of the game being the way they are this will require a download to play. After the playtest and I get all the suggestions and criticism for the game. I'll make all necessary adjustments and release the game on Steam. The game will probably be around $4.99. Thank you for subscribing and supporting my projects, I hope to showcase more of the game very soon!
